Attorney Richard Payne of British Columbia; repeat offender

The Law Society of British Columbia presented Richard D. Payne with a law license in 1982 after he graduated from the University of Victoria Law School.

The Law Society found Dick guilty of the following misconduct.

  • Failed to cooperate with ethics investigators (Up yours, said Dick!)

As one would suspect, this wasn’t Dick’s First bite at the Attorney Misfit Apple Tree. He previously received a complimentary reprimand for engaging in a variety of misconduct.

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the enablers for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Law Society punished Dick by gifting him with a complimentary $4,000 fine.

As we speak (ca. August 2017), Dick practices with Richard D. Payne Law Corporation at 1465 Salisbury Avenue in Port Coquitlam, British Columbia, Canada.
