Attorney Fiesal Ebrahim of British Columbia; ethical gremlin

The Law Society of British Columbia presented Fiesal Ebrahim with a law license in 2003 after he graduated from the University of British Columbia Law School.

The Law Society found Fiesal guilty of the following misconduct.

• Engaged in a conflict of interest
• Third party unaware trust funds being paid out receiver to the credit of Ebrahim's clients
• Failed to advise unrepresented third party the he wasn’t protecting his interests
• Committed breach of trust by improperly applying trust funds

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the enablers for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Law Society punished Fiesal by gifting him with a complimentary $3,000 fine.

As we speak (ca. September 2017), Fiesal practices with Open Door Law Corporation at 1030 Denman Street in Vancouver, British Columbia, Canada.
