Attorney Katherine Pope of Bethel, VT; convicted criminal

The state of Vermont presented Katherine Zachary Pope with a law license in 2006 after she graduated from Syracuse University Law School. She also received a law license from the state of New York in 1988.

The Vermont Professional Responsibility Board found Kathy guilty of the following misconduct.

• Convicted of identity theft in the third degree

As a direct consequence of her misconduct, the apologists for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Vermont Supreme Court punished Kathy by gifting her with a complimentary 2-year suspension of her law license.  

As we speak (ca. September 2017), Kathy practices in Bethel, Vermont.
