Jeff Beauregard Sessions sings rendition of “I’m Sorry” to Trump

In what would appear to be an exercise in futility, it is rumored that Attorney General Jeffrey Beauregard Sessions recently (late July 2017) obtained approval from Brenda Lee and/or her associates to perform a remake of her 1960 hit “I’m Sorry.”

After donning a pair of Trumpian ™ Industrial Strength Knee Pads that he billed to his Justice Department travel expense account and lubricating his lips with an Extra-Large Tube of Chapstick, Beauregard entered the Oval Office and sang to The Don as follows:

I'm sorry, so sorry

That I was such a fool

I didn't know

You could be so cruel

Oh, oh, oh, oh

Oh, oh

Oh, yes

You tell me my mistakes

Are part of being a Dumbass

But that don't right

The wrong that I brought to pass

(I'm sorry) I'm sorry

(So sorry) So sorry

Please accept my apology

But disloyalty is blind

And I was too blind to see

Oh, oh, oh, oh

Oh, oh

Oh, yes

I'm sorry, so sorry

That I was such an ignoramus

I didn't know

You could be so malicious

Oh, oh, oh, oh

Oh, oh

Oh, yes
