Judge David Shults of Hornell, NY; Dumbo, ethical gnome, Loser  
The New York Appellate Court presented David Shults with a law license in 1969. In 1997, Dave was able to weasel his way into becoming a part-time judge for the City of Hornell, which is about 65 miles south of Rochester.
Being the unethical loser he is, Dave presided over at least 16 lawsuits wherein his law firm represented Hornell City Attorney Joseph Pelych to collect fees he claimed he was owed. Put simply, Pelych was not only Dave’s client but also a co-worker for the City of Hornell. It almost qualifies as a de facto case of incest, right?
When one attorney demanded that Dave the Loser withdraw from a case involving his client Pelych because of an obvious conflict of interest, Dave refused to comply with the law and remained on the case. What a guy!!!
Apparently, Dave the Dumbo's I.Q. is lower than the legal speed limit in a school zone since he is too ignorant to understand that what he did constituted a gross "conflict of interest."
As a consequence of his egregious misconduct, the enablers and apologists sitting on the New York State Commission on Judicial Conduct punished Dave the Gnome by gifting him with a complimentary admonishment. Goshes and Gollies, I bet that was like really painful!
As we speak (ca. August 2011) Dave the Loser remains a sitting judge in Hornell. Isn’t New York a great country?
