Did Ohio Judge Stephen Yarbrough really work 32 hours in one day?
After reviewing retired judge Stephen Yarbrough's compensation and travel
expenses claims (public records) and performing some simple calculations, it was obvious that Judge Stephen Yarbrough was claiming that he worked a total of thirty-two (32) hours on one day. I know what you're thinking, which is exactly what I thought! Ya can't work 32-hours in one day, right? Well, I don't know if we're qualified to judge Judge Stephen Yarbrough's claim as the "ultimate workaholic,"
With that said, below are the work and travel expenses Yarbrough claimed:
Although I was fairly certain that 32 was more than 24, I contacted my 8-year-old grandaughter Taylor in Sacramento for confirmation. After waiting for her to stop laughing, she said, "Geez Grandpa, of course 32 is more than 24." Since Judge Stephen Yarbrough was a lawyer before becoming a judge, and knowing how difficult it is to find a dishonest lawyer, I wanted to give him the benefit of the doubt, so I sat down and tried to figure out how in the hell he could have worked 32-hours in one day. It then dawned on me that if the following events took place, then Judge Stephen Yarbrough did in fact work 32-hours in one day.
After further review, I determined that Judge Stephen Yarbrough could have worked 32-hours if he had traveled due-west of Honolulu. However, after further reflection, it dawned on me that the hours he gained would have been lost on his return trip to Toledo, right? Therefore, it was obvious to me that Judge Stephen Yarbrough was nothing more than a Degenerate Thief and a congenital Liar, and a stupid one at that! Even little children when apprised of Judge Stephen Yarbrough's sham claim openly expressed that he was a liar and a dumb one at that!
