Attorney James Gress of Portland, OR; ethical gremlin

The state of Washington provided James L. Gress with a law license in 1996 after he graduated from Williamette University Law School. He also received a law license from Oregon in 1991.

The Washington State Bar found Jimmy guilty of the following misconduct.

• Engaged in conduct prejudicial to the administration of justice
• Engaged in negligent conduct re: client’s worker’s compensation case

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the enablers for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Washington Supreme Court punished Jimmy by gifting him with a complimentary censure. 

As we speak (ca. July 2017), Jimmy practices with the Law Offices of Gress & Clark at 9020 SW Washington Square in Portland, Oregon.
