Judge Eugene Devine of Albany, NY; advocate for Greedy Judges

The state of New York provided Eugene Peter Devine with a law license in 1975 after he graduated from Albany Law School.

Gov. Andrew Cuomo was duped into appointing Gene as an Associate Justice of the Appellate Division, Third Department in 2014. Gene didn’t get the appointment because she was the most qualified attorney in the greater Alban area. He got it because he had proven to be a reliable lackey for the local political hacks.

In one matter, Gene was assigned to hear the appeal in the case of the Matter of Loehr v. Administrative Board of the Courts of the State of New York that involved several greedy judges suing the Board by laughingly claiming they were entitled to engage in the art of “double dipping.”

A further explanation of the Greed involving these so-called public servants can be found by viewing the URL listed at the end of this article.

The Greedy judges who filed the appeal were appealing the learned decision of Acting Albany Supreme Court Justice Gerald Connolly who ruled that the practice of “double dipping” was improper.

Gene ruled to overturn Judge Connolly’s decision in siding with the Greedy Judges who are of the firm belief that they are entitled to a fully-funded state salary along with a state-funded pension.

Put simply, Gene agreed with Judge John Emmett Murphy of White Plains that he is entitled to receive an annual pension of $91,309 along with an annual salary of $193,000.

And lastly, it’s obvious that Gene ruled in favor of this outrageous Greed because she fully intends to do the same thing in the not too distant future.

As we speak (ca. August 2017), Gene continues to sit as Justice of the New York Appellate Division, Third Department in Schenectady, New York.
