Attorney Timothy Dougherty of Columbus, OH; cheating loser

The state of Ohio presented Timothy Raymond Dougherty with a law license in 1995 after he graduated from California Western University Law School.

Disciplinary Counsel has charged Timmy with engaging in the following misconduct.

In one matter, Timmy billed a client more than $5,700 while he held her album signed by “The Who” as collateral for additional payments even though he provided minimal legal services on the client’s behalf.

All that remains now is to see what if any punishment is meted out to Timmy by the apologists for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Ohio Supreme Court.

As we speak (August 2017), Timmy practices at 1308 West Mound Street in Columbus, Ohio.
