Attorney Thomas Germuska Jr. of Phoenix; convicted felon

The state of Arizona presented Thomas A. Germuska Jr. with a law license in 1995 after he graduated from Gonzaga University Law School.

The Arizona State Bar found Tommy guilty of the following misconduct.

• Convicted of Class 4 Felony Domestic Violence
• Convicted of Class 1 Misdemeanor Assault

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the cheerleaders of Attorney Misfits sitting on the Arizona Supreme Court punished Tommy by gifting him with a complimentary 30-day suspension of his law license.

 As we speak (ca. July 2017) Tommy practices with The Vakula Law Firm PLC at 11240 North Tatum Blvd in Phoenix, Arizona.
