Attorney Wallace Bradsher Jr. of Roxboro, NC; scheming thief

The state of North Carolina presented Wallace W. Bradsher Jr. with a law license in 1990 after he graduated from the North Carolina State University Law School.

In one matter, Wally who was the Person and Caswell counties DA at the time and former Rockingham County DA Craig Blitzer was involved in a wife-swap hiring scheme. (Anne Blythe, Charlotte Observer)

The scheme allowed Wally and Craig hiring each other’s wives and pay them for doing little or no work.

Wally was aware that under state ethics rules district attorneys are prohibited form employing family members. By hiring each other’s wife in adjoining counties as “ghost employees” Wally was able to circumvent the law.

Subsequently, Wally’s partner entered into a plea arrangement wherein he agreed to provide information to the prosecutors in the prosecution of Wally. All that’s left is to see how long it takes for Wally to cop a plea so as to lessen the time he might have to spend in the hoosegow.

As to Wally’s law license, ll that remains now is to see what if any punishment is meted out to Craig by the apologists for Attorney Misfits sitting on the North Carolina State Bar Grievance Commission.

As we speak (ca. July 2017), Wally practices at 203 North Main Street in Roxboro, North Carolina.
