Attorney Frederic Rous of Ontario, CAN; repeat offender

 

The Law Society of Upper Canada presented Frederic Christopher Rous with a law license in 1977 after he graduated from Dalhousie University Law School.

 

The Law Society found Freddy guilty of the following misconduct.

 

Freddy’s 1st bite at the Attorney Misfit Apple Tree

  • Failed to act with due diligence
  • Failed to keep client informed of status of matter
  • Failed to respond to client information requests

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the enablers for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Law Society punished Freddy by gifting him with a complimentary reprimand.

 

Freddy’s 2nd bite at the Attorney Misfit Apple Tree

  • Assisted paralegal in the illegal practice of law
  • Signed three undertakings he no control over

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the enablers for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Law Society punished Freddy by gifting him with a complimentary reprimand.

 

As we speak (ca. August 2017), Freddy practices with Highland Shores Children’s Aid Society at 363 Dundas Street West in Belleville, Ontario, Canada.
