Attorney Genia Philip of Newark, NJ; slacker

The state of New Jersey presented Genia C. Philip with a law license in 2000 after he graduated from Seton Hall University Law School.

The New Jersey Office of Attorney Ethics found Genia guilty of the following misconduct.

• Failed to act with due diligence (slacker)
• Failed to keep client reasonably informed of status of matter

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the cheerleaders for Attorney Misfits sitting on the New Jersey Supreme Court punished Genia by gifting him with a complimentary admonishment. 

As we speak (October 2017), Genia practices with the Genia C. Philip Law Firm at 40 East Park Street in Newark, New Jersey.
