Attorney James King of Nashville; ethical goblin, repeat offender

The state of Tennessee provided James Gregory King with a law license in 1995 after he graduated from the Nashville Law School.

The Tennessee Board of Professional Responsibility found Jimmy guilty of the following misconduct.

• Unlawful destruction of material having evidentiary value 
• Knowingly disobeyed court order

As one would suspect, this wasn’t Jimmy’s First bite at the Attorney Misfit Apple Tree. He previously received one (1) complimentary censure for engaging in a variety of misconduct.

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the cheerleaders for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Tennessee Supreme Court punished Jimmy by gifting him with a complimentary censure.

As we speak (ca. August 2016) Jimmy practices at 3512 Trimble Road in Nashville, Tennessee.
