Attorney James Edwards of Madison, TN; cheating slacker

The state of Tennessee provided James Charles Edwards with a law license in 1982 after he graduated from the Nashville Law School.

The Tennessee Board of Professional Responsibility found Jimmy guilty of the following misconduct.

• Failed to act with due diligence (slacker)
• Failed to expedite client litigation     
• Charged a clearly unreasonable fee (cheater)

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the cheerleaders for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Tennessee Supreme Court punished Jimmy by gifting him with a complimentary censure.

As we speak (ca. September 2016) Jimmy practices at 1994 Gallatin Road North in Madison, Tennessee.
