Attorney Hae Baik Philadelphia; ethical leprechaun

The state of Pennsylvania presented Hae Yeon Baik with a law license in 1994 after she graduated from Nova Southeastern University Law School.

The Office of Disciplinary Counsel found Hae guilty of the following misconduct.

• Failed to set forth in writing basis for fee
• Commingled client funds with personal funds
• Failed to maintain account records for seven years
• Engaged in the illegal practice of law in New Jersey
• Engaged in conduct adversely reflecting fitness to practice

As a direct consequence of her misconduct, the cheerleaders for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Pennsylvania Supreme Court punished Hae by gifting her with a complimentary reprimand.

As we speak (October 2017), Hae practices at 1100 Vine Street in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania.
