Attorney Francisco Guzman of Jersey City; serial slacker

The state of New Jersey presented Francisco S. Guzman with a law license in 2001 after he graduated from Rutgers University Law School.

The New Jersey Office of Attorney Ethics found Fran guilty of the following misconduct.

• Engaged in a pattern of neglect
• Failed to act with due diligence (slacker) in at least three matters

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the cheerleaders for Attorney Misfits sitting on the New Jersey Supreme Court punished Fran by gifting him with a complimentary reprimand.

As we speak (October 2017), Fran practices at 665 Newark Avenue in Jersey City, New Jersey.
