Attorney Jeffrey Kluesener of Columbus, OH; moronic slacker

The state of Ohio presented Jeffrey Thomas Kluesener with a law license in 2011 after he graduated from Capitol University Law School.

The Cleveland Bar Association found Jeff guilty of the following misconduct.

• Failed to provide competent representation (Moron)
• Failed to act with due diligence (slacker)
• Failed to keep client advised of status of matter
• Failed to take steps to protect client interests upon termination
• Intentionally failed to comply with discovery requests

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the apologists for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Ohio Supreme Court punished Jeff by gifting him with a complimentary stayed 6-month suspension of his law license.

In truth, the comedians sitting on the Ohio Supreme Court didn’t mete out any meaningful punishment to Jeff.

As we speak (ca. August 2017) Jeff practices with the Michael Christensen Law Offices at 5092 Cleveland Avenue in Columbus, Ohio.
