Attorney Robin Gordon of Nashville; slacker, repeat offender

The state of Tennessee provided Robin Jeffrey Gordon with a law license in 1991 after he graduated from the University of Tennessee Law School.

The Tennessee Board of Professional Responsibility found Art guilty of the following misconduct.

  • Failed to act with due diligence (slacker)
  • Failed to expedite client litigation
  • Failed to assure parenting agreement executed by trial judge

As one would suspect, this wasn’t Robin’s First bite at the Attorney Misfit Apple Tree. He previously received one (1) complimentary censures for engaging in a variety of misconduct.

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the cheerleaders for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Tennessee Supreme Court punished Robin by gifting him with a complimentary censure.

As we speak (ca. August 2016) Robin practices at 803 18th Avenue South in Nashville, Tennessee.
