Judge Dean Young of Hartford City, IN; bullying loser

The state of Indiana presented Dean Young with a law license in 1995 after he graduated from Valparaiso University Law School.

The Indiana Commission on Judicial Qualifications has charged Dean with engaging in the following misconduct.

• Banned court clerk from county courthouse
• Threatened to arrest and jail clerk if she stepped on sidewalks outside courthouse
• Commanding deputy clerks to appear for a hearing w/o providing them with prior written notice of the purpose of the hearing (aka, due process)
• Failed to act with patience or dignity while presiding over a hearing
• Failed to comply with Indiana law
• Engaged in an egregious conflict of interest
• Failed to act fairly and impartially
• Violated parties right to be heard (due process)
• Acted in manner coercing party into settlement of matter
• Failed to remove himself from case when mandated to so act
• Denied party opportunity to employ counsel
• Threatened and/or intimidated various court clerks

Apparently, Dean the Moronic Bully believes that the legal term “due process” is the means by which the grass becomes moist in the a.m.

All that remains now is to see what if any punishment is meted out to Dean by the enablers for Judicial Misfits sitting on the Indiana Supreme Court.

As we speak (ca. November 2017), Dean continues to sit as a Blackford County Circuit Court Judge in Hartford City, Indiana.
