Attorney James Heine of Wall Township, NJ; slacker, repeater

The state of New Jersey presented James E. Heine with a law license in 1957 after he graduated from Fordham University Law School.

The New Jersey Office of Attorney Ethics found Jimmy guilty of the following misconduct.

  • Failed to act with due diligence (slacker)
  • Failed to communicate with estate beneficiary
  • Violated recordkeeping rules
  • Engaged in gross neglect
  • Failed to respond to request for accounting

As one would suspect, this wasn’t Jimmy’s First bite at the Attorney Misfit Apple Tree. He previously received a complimentary private reprimand for engaging in a variety of misconduct.

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the apologists for Attorney Misfits sitting on the New Jersey Supreme Court punished Jimmy by gifting him with a complimentary reprimand.

As we speak (ca. July 2017) Jimmy practices at 2114 Baileys Corner Road in Wall Township, New Jersey.
