Attorney John Hartman III of Princeton, NJ; ethical dwarf

The state of New Jersey presented John A. Hartmann III with a law license in 1969 after he graduated from Rutgers University Law School.

The New Jersey Office of Attorney Ethics found Johnny guilty of the following misconduct.

  • Engaged in conduct prejudicial to the administration of justice
  • Knowingly disobeyed obligation under rules of a tribunal
  • Engaged in conduct intended to disrupt a trial court

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the apologists for Attorney Misfits sitting on the New Jersey Supreme Court punished Johnny by gifting him with a complimentary reprimand.

As we speak (ca. August 2017) Johnny practices at 100 Nassau Park Blvd in Princeton, New Jersey.
