Attorney Kevin Hanly of Wyckoff, NJ; ethical goblin

The state of New Jersey presented Kevin W. Hanly with a law license in 1979 after he graduated from New York University (NYU) Law School. 

The New Jersey Office of Attorney Ethics found Kevin guilty of the following misconduct.

• Engaged in conduct adversely reflecting on fitness to practice law
• Engaged in a conflict of interest

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the apologists for Attorney Misfits sitting on the New Jersey Supreme Court punished Kevin by gifting him with a complimentary admonition.

As we speak (ca. August 2017) Kevin practices with Kevin Hanly PC at 390 Lawrence Court in Wyckoff, New Jersey.
