Attorney David Hamilton of Flemington, NJ; ethical gnome

The state of New Jersey presented David R. Hamilton with a law license in 1974 after he graduated from Rutgers University Law School. 

The New Jersey Office of Attorney Ethics found Dave guilty of the following misconduct.

• Failed to attend disciplinary hearing (Up yours, said Dave!)
• Never returned client calls
• Failed to cooperate with ethics investigators (Screw you, said Dave!)

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the apologists for Attorney Misfits sitting on the New Jersey Supreme Court punished Dave by gifting him with a complimentary reprimand.

As we speak (ca. August 2017) Dave is employed as an Assistant Deputy Public Defender at 84 Park Avenue in Flemington, New Jersey.
