Attorney William Harville of Charlottesville, VA; slacker

The state of Virginia presented William Thurston Harville with a law license in 1985 after he graduated from the University of Richmond Law School.

The Virginia State Bar Disciplinary Board found Billy guilty of the following misconduct.

• Failed to act with due diligence (slacker)
• Failed to keep client informed of status of matter
• Committed a deliberately wrongful act
• Failed to deposit advance fee into client escrow account

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the apologists for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Virginia State Bar Disciplinary Board punished Billy by gifting him with a complimentary reprimand.  

As we speak (ca. September 2017), Billy practices at 327 West Main Street in Charlottesville, Virginia.
