Attorney Jeffrey Denner of Boston; thieving loser

The state of Massachusetts presented Jeffrey A. Denner with a law license in 1975 after he graduated from Harvard University Law School.

The Massachusetts Board of Bar Overseers found Jeff guilty of the following misconduct.

• Failed to advise clients of scope of representation
• Charged a clearly excessive fee (thief)
• Failed to communicate to client basis for his fee
• Failed to share with client’s colleagues' negative assessment of the merits of civil case
• Failed to promptly refund unearned fee (cheater)
• Only refunded unearned fee after ethics investigation began

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the enablers for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Board of Bar Overseers punished Jeff by gifting him with a complimentary reprimand. 

As we speak (ca. June 2017) Jeff practices with Jeffrey Denner Associates PC at 4 Longfellow Place in Boston, Massachusetts.
