Judge Charles Greene of Ft. Lauderdale; racist, liar

Unfortunately for Floridians living in the Fort Lauderdale area, Charles Greene was presented with a law license by the Florida Supreme Court in April 1983.

Immediately after a jury acquitted a defendant of attempted murder (at a trial Chuck the Bigot presided over, he uttered the acronym NIH, which meant “no humans involved.” Both defendant and alleged victim were African-Americans.

Subsequently, an ethics complaint was filed with the Florida Judicial Qualifications Commission regarding Chuck the Bigot’s racially charged comment.

In a lame attempt at levity, Charlie had the chutzpah to claim he had no idea that the acronym was considered by some a racial epithet. Obviously, Chuck missed his calling as a standup comedian.

As a consequence of his misconduct, the enablers/apologists sitting on the Judicial Qualifications Commission believed Charlie when he claimed he was a total moron when it came to understanding what the acronym NIH meant.

Hey Charlie, I’m informed that in the Fort Lauderdale area, the acronym JD actually means “Judicial Dumbass” and not Juris Doctor.

As we speak (ca. July 2011) Charlie the Loser remains sitting as a Broward Circuit Court Judge in Fort Lauderdale. In regards to Judicial Misfits, isn’t Florida a great country?
