Judge Adalia Hille of Ritzville, WA; ethically deprived, loser  
The Washington State Supreme Court made a monumental error in judgment when it presented Adalia Ann Hille (AHH) with a law license on Dec 4, 2002.
In mid-2010, Judge Hille was charged with misconduct by the Washington Commission on Judicial Conduct. Subsequently, Judge Hille was found guilty dispensing with justice by denying litigants their due process rights to be heard in mitigation when appearing before her on traffic violations.
Whenever a person cited for a traffic infraction requested a mitigation hearing, the Moron would automatically reduce the fine without ever holding an evidentiary hearing and/or by obtaining a sworn statement from the person explaining the circumstances warranting mitigation.
Obviously, Judge Hille was more interested in limiting the time she had to work on the bench, thereby leaving her more time to visit her favorite watering hole. We certainly wouldn’t demand that Judge Hille actually work an eight-hour day, right?
As a consequence of her misconduct, the enablers for Judicial Misfits sitting on the Judicial Commission punished Hille by gifting her with a complimentary admonishment.
In a lame effort at levity, the comedians on the Commission ordered that the Moron “promptly read and familiarize herself again with the Code of Judicial Conduct.” What’s the point Dummies? This is akin to ordering that Lindsay Lohan promptly read and familiarize herself with the criminal laws on shoplifting.
As we speak (ca. July 2011) Judge Hille the Moron remains on the bench. Isn’t Washington State a great Country?
