Gov. Matt Bevin (R-KY): Today’s “Screwball” Award Winner
In November 2015, Matty duped the voters in Kentucky into electing him as their Governor.
In an attempt to persuade Kentuckians that he is an Aspiring Standup Comedian and a Certified Screwball, Matty recently (mid-2017) stated that he had a plan to confront the growing violence in Louisville.
Matty’s laughable plan was to urge faith leaders, public officials and Louisville residents to walk corner to corner, and pray with the community at least two to three times a week for the rest of 2017.
Matty then said:
One member of the clergy who was in the audience during Matty’s hyperbolic (BS) comments was Rev. Clay Calloway, an associate pastor at St. Stephen Baptist Church who gave an eloquent and on point statement about Matty’s laughable comments.
Rev. Calloway said he needed a “barf bag” because he was sick of the governor’s religious overture.
Yeah Boys and Girls, all y’all need to do to eliminate crime in Louisville is to gather in a group and waltz around town praying out loud. Y’all might want to consider any of the following prayers if you’re really interested in ridding Louisville of criminals.
Congrats Matty; keep up the good work! We should let everyone know of your amazing record as one of Americas Least Appreciated “Screwballs”; you are far too humble.
