Attorney Robert Spelger of Long Beach, CA; imbecilic loser

The state of California provided Robert Spelger with a law license in 1992 after he graduated from Southwestern University Law School.

The California State Bar found Bobby guilty of the following misconduct.

  • Failed to provide competent legal services (imbecile)
  • Failed to inform client of significant developments
  • Never informed client that trial date was scheduled
  • Failed to appear at trial on client’s behalf
  • Failure to appear at trial led to client’s case being dismissed
  • Never advised client that his case had been dismissed
  • Dismissal of client’s case led to the client being served with a sheriff’s levy for more than $25,000
  • Client forced to appear at judgment debtor examination

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the supporters for Attorney Misfits sitting on the State Bar Court punished Bobby by gifting him with a complimentary 3-month suspension of his law license.

As we speak (ca. March 2018), Bobby practices at 2155 North Bellflower Blvd in Long Beach, California.
