Attorney Tabatha Castro of Wilmington, DE; lying loser

The state of Delaware presented Tabatha Castro with a law license in 2004 after she graduated from Widener University Law School.

The Delaware Supreme Court found Tabatha guilty of the following misconduct.

• Failed to safeguard client funds
• Engaged in conduct involving fraud, deceit, dishonesty or misrepresentation
• Failed to maintain financial records and books
• Misrepresented (lied) to Supreme Court re: status of financial records

As a direct consequence of her misconduct, the enablers for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Delaware Supreme Court punished Tabatha by gifting her with a complimentary reprimand. 

As we speak (ca. July 2017), Tabatha practices with The Castro Firm at 1719 Delaware Avenue in Wilmington, Delaware.
