Attorney Richard Song of Los Angeles; Dumbo

The state of California provided Richard Song with a law license in 1997 after he graduated from the University of Pacific McGeorge Law School.

The California State Bar found Dick guilty of the following misconduct.

• Failed to provide competent legal services in accident case (Dumbo)
• Failed to obtain client consent to settle lawsuit
• Dismissed client’s lawsuit without his authorization
• Executed release of all client claims w/o prior authorization
• Engaged in gross negligence

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the supporters for Attorney Misfits sitting on the State Bar Court punished Dick by gifting him with a complimentary 60-day suspension of his law license.

As we speak (ca. May 2018), Dick practices at 6230 Wilshire Blvd in Los Angeles, California.
