Solicitor Peter Fazio of New South Wales; slacker

The Law Society of New South Wales presented Peter Fazio with a law license in 1986.

The Legal Services Commissioner found Pete guilty of the following misconduct.

• Failed to act with due diligence (slacker)
• Permitted unlicensed attorney to engage in illegal practice of law
• Engaged in unsatisfactory professional conduct
• Engaged in negligent conduct

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, Patron Saints for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Legal Services Commission punished Pete by gifting him with a complimentary reprimand.

As we speak (ca. July 2017), Pete practices with the Lighthouse Law Group at 49 Queens Road in Five Dock, New South Wales, Australia.
