Solicitor Graeme Fernie of New South Wales; ethical dwarf

The Law Society of New South Wales presented Graeme Barry Fernie with a law license in 1983.

The Legal Services Commissioner found Graeme guilty of the following misconduct.

• Failed to comply with Section 152 Notice of the Legal Profession Act 1987
• Failed to fully cooperate with ethics investigators (Up yours, said Graeme!)
• Engaged in unsatisfactory professional conduct

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, Patron Saints for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Legal Services Commission punished Graeme by gifting him with a complimentary reprimand.

As we speak (ca. June 2017), Graeme practices with G B Fernie & Co. at 301 Castlereagh Street in Sydney, New South Wales, Australia.
