Solicitor Spencer Ferrier of New South Wales; ethical goblin

The Law Society of New South Wales presented Spence Lyons Ferrier with a law license in 1967.

The Legal Services Commissioner found Spencer guilty of the following misconduct.

• Failure to carry out client instructions
• Undue delay in complying with client instructions
• Failed to communicate with client
• Withdrew costs from Trust Account w/o authority, in relation to unrelated matters
• Engaged in unsatisfactory professional conduct

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, Patron Saints for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Legal Services Commission punished Spencer by gifting him with a complimentary reprimand.

As we speak (ca. July 2017), Spencer practices with Ferrier & Associates at 139 Macquarie Street in Sydney, New South Wales, Australia.
