Solicitor Robert Ferry of New South Wales; lying loser

The Law Society of New South Wales presented Robert Leslie Ferry with a law license in 1975.

The Legal Services Commissioner found Bobby guilty of the following misconduct.

• Misled trust account inspector
• Engaged in unsatisfactory professional conduct
• Engaged in a conflict of interest
• Engaged in conduct involving fraud, deceit, dishonesty or misrepresentation

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, Patron Saints for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Legal Services Commission punished Bobby by gifting him with a complimentary reprimand.

As we speak (ca. July 2017), Bobby practices with the Ferry’s Law Firm at 86-88 Mann Street in Gosford, New South Wales, Australia.
