Solicitor Andrew Flannery of New South Wales; ethical dwarf

The Law Society of New South Wales presented Andrew James Flannery with a law license in 1990.

The Legal Services Commissioner found Andy guilty of the following misconduct.

• Engaged in unsatisfactory professional conduct
• Failed to properly supervise office staff

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, Patron Saints for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Legal Services Commission punished Andy by gifting him with a complimentary reprimand.
