Solicitor Mark Gallego of New South Wales; ethical goblin

The Law Society of New South Wales presented Mark Francisco Gallego with a law license in 1981.

The Legal Services Commissioner found Mark guilty of the following misconduct.

• Failed to disclose costs to clients
• Failed to deposit client trust funds into general trust account
• Failed to maintain trust account records
• Failed to provide trust account statements to clients
• Engaged in unsatisfactory professional conduct
• Acted in breach of conditions attached to Practicing Certificate
• Attempted to mislead the Court of Appeal

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, Patron Saints for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Legal Services Commission punished Mark by gifting him with a complimentary reprimand.

As we speak (ca. June 2017), Mark practices at 15 Carrington Street in Parramatta, New South Wales, Australia.
