Solicitor Rebekah Gates of New South Wales; lying loser

The Law Society of New South Wales presented Rebekah Gates with a law license in 2007.

The Legal Services Commissioner found Becky guilty of the following misconduct.

• Misled (lied) to employer as to destination of superannuation funds
• Engaged in unsatisfactory professional conduct

As a direct consequence of her misconduct, Patron Saints for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Legal Services Commission punished Becky by gifting her with a complimentary reprimand.
