Solicitor Brett Wilson of New South Wales; ethical dwarf

The Law Society of New South Wales presented Brett Stephen Wilson with a law license in 1999.

The Legal Services Commissioner found Bret guilty of the following misconduct.

• Failed to account for money paid into the personal account       
• Engaged in unsatisfactory professional conduct

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, Patron Saints for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Legal Services Commission punished Brett by gifting him with a complimentary reprimand.
