Attorney Gary Kozma of Gaylord, MI; ethical leprechaun

The state of Michigan presented Gary A. Kozma with a law license in 1976 after he graduated from Wayne State University Law School.

The Tri-County Hearing Panel found Gary guilty of the following misconduct.

• Neglected a legal matter entrusted to him
• Violated or attempted to violate Rules of Conduct and/or knowingly assisted or induced another to do so
• Engaged in conduct prejudicial to the administration of justice

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the enablers for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Michigan Supreme Court punished Gary by gifting him with a complimentary reprimand.

As we speak (ca. May 2016), Gary practices with Atkinson Petruska Kozma & Hart PC at 940 North Center Avenue in Gaylord, Michigan.
