Attorney Thomas Trautner of Cadillac, MI; ethical dwarf

The state of Michigan presented Thomas G. Trautner with a law license in 1988 after he graduated from Thomas M. Colley Law School.

The Tri-County Hearing Panel found Tommy guilty of the following misconduct.

• Neglected legal matter entrusted to him
• Failed to deposit advance fees into client trust account

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the enablers for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Michigan Supreme Court punished Tommy by gifting him with a complimentary reprimand.

As we speak (ca. May 2016), Tommy is employed as an Assistant Wexford County Prosecutor in Cadillac, Michigan.
