Attorney John Doyle of Lansing, MI; ethical gremlin

The state of Michigan presented John J. Doyle with a law license in 1992 after he graduated from Vanderbilt University Law School.

The Tri-County Hearing Panel found Johnny guilty of the following misconduct.

• Improperly held funds other than clients in office account
• Engaged in conduct contrary to ethics, honesty or good morals
• Commingled client funds with personal funds
• Engaged in conduct exposing legal profession to contempt (What’s new?)
• Violated or attempted to violate Rules of Conduct and/or knowingly assisted or induced another to do so 

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the enablers for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Michigan Supreme Court punished Johnny by gifting him with a complimentary reprimand.

As we speak (ca. May 2016), Johnny practices at 2800 Tammany Avenue in Lansing, Michigan.
