Attorney Nancy Dilley of Grand Rapids, MI; cheating loser

The state of Michigan presented Nancy L. Dilley with a law license in 1982 after she graduated from the University of Detroit Law School.

The Tri-County Hearing Panel found Nancy guilty of the following misconduct.

• Failed to promptly refund unearned fees (cheater)
• Convicted of failing to file a federal tax return

As a direct consequence of her misconduct, the enablers for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Michigan Supreme Court punished Nancy by gifting her with a complimentary 180-day suspension of her law license.
