Attorney John Deegan of Petoskey, MI; drunken convict

The state of Michigan presented John P. Deegan with a law license in 1996 after he graduated from the University of Detroit Law School.

The Tri-County Hearing Panel found Johnny guilty of the following misconduct.

• Convicted of driving under the influence (DUI)

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the enablers for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Michigan Supreme Court punished Johnny by gifting him with a complimentary reprimand.

As we speak (ca. May 2016), Johnny practices with Plunkett Cooney at 303 Howard Street in Petoskey, Michigan.
