Attorney Marvin Smith of Ferndale, MI; thieving loser

The state of Michigan presented Marvin W. Smith with a law license in 1988 after he graduated from the University of Detroit Law School.

The Tri-County Hearing Panel found Marvin guilty of the following misconduct.

• Failed to communicate basis or rate of fee to client
• Collected a clearly excessive fee (thief)
• Violated or attempted to violate Rules of Conduct and/or knowingly assisted or induced another to do so

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the enablers for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Michigan Supreme Court punished Marvin by gifting him with a complimentary 60-day suspension of his law license.  

As we speak (ca. May 2016), Marvin practices with the Law Office of Marvin Smith at 1840 Hilton Road in Ferndale, Michigan.
