Former City Attorney Robert Moore of Frankfurt, KY; ethical dwarf

The State of Kentucky presented Robert C. Moore with a law license in 1982 after he graduated from the University of Louisville Law School.

In one matter,two Frankfort attorneys, John and Martha Gray filed an ethics complaint against Bobby alleging that he engaged in the following misconduct, all of which took place while Bobby was employed as the Franklin City Attorney.

• Referred city legal to work to private law firm
• Approved invoices for legal work performed for city
• Award legal work to private law firm without a written contract
• Violated Frankfurt city ordinance and Kentucky Statute by entering into verbal contract for legal services by private law firm
• Referred City legal matters to his own private firm w/o obtaining specific authorization from the City Commission

All that remains now is to see what if any punishment is meted out to Bobby by the ethics commission.
