Attorney Jason Galvez of New Iberia, LA; repeat offender

The state of Texas presented Jason Charles Galvez with a law license in 1991 after he graduated from Texas Tech University Law School.

The 85th District Court of Brazos County found Jason guilty of the following misconduct.

  • While trolling for clients lied he was associated with District Attorney
  • Engaged in conduct involving fraud, dishonesty, deceit or misrepresentation

As one would suspect, this wasn’t Jason’s only bite at the Attorney Misfit Apple Tree. He previously received a complimentary suspension of his law license for engaging in a variety of misconduct.

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the Patron Saints for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Texas Supreme Court punished Jason by gifting him with a complimentary stayed 1-year suspension of his law license.

In truth, the comedians sitting on the Grievance Committee didn’t mete out any meaningful punishment to Jason.

As we speak (ca. June 2017), Jason practices at 5110 Highway 14 in New Iberia, Louisiana.
