Attorney T.D. Sullivan of Bellaire, TX; dwarf

The state of Texas presented T.D. Sullivan with a law license in 1974 after he graduated from the University of Houston Law School.

The 269th District Court of Harris County found TD guilty of the following misconduct.

• Knowingly violated rules or assisted or induced another to do so, or did so through the acts of another, whether or not such violation occurred in the course of a client-lawyer relationship
• Engaged in illegal practice of law while license suspended

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the Patron Saints for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Texas Supreme Court punished TD by gifting him with a complimentary 3-month suspension of his law license.
