Attorney Arthur Parras of South Houston, TX; ethical dwarf

The state of Texas presented Arthur H. Parras with a law license in 1978 after he graduated from the University of Denver Law School.

The District Court 4-G Grievance Committee found Art guilty of the following misconduct.

• Failed to respond to client phone call
• Failed to take action on behalf of client
• Failed to advise client he wouldn’t take action on his behalf

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the Patron Saints for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Texas Supreme Court punished Art by gifting him with a complimentary reprimand.
